We live in Mocksville. NC. We found Cedar Key last year and loved it. My partner, Greg loves to kayak and has wanted to participate in one of the Paddle Florida events. I love the marshes and the sea birds. We lived in Beaufort, SC for several years and Cedar key reminds us of the area around Beaufort. Your lovely cottage is very lovely and inviting. Our schedule is very flexable. We will be heading south for a couple weeks this winter. Could you let us know when you have openings? If you are booked this year we would still like to see the property and possibly schedule for next year.

My wife and I stayed at this cottage before it became the V-Ibis Cottage. This place amazed both of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

My husband and I just ended a 3-night stay at V-Ibis, and I have to tell you that this is absolutely the most beautiful place we've ever seen. The cottage is perfect for two people and we wouldn't change a thing. The location is simply amazing. From high tide to low, it's like two different worlds. Unbelievable. We were blessed to see the two baby osprey take their maiden flights from the nesting platform. And all the tiny crabs (and the large ones, too) were such a delight to watch. It's wonderful that the cottage is isolated. You're close enough to town, but not too close. The ibis' and the egrets were sooo beautiful. We travel alot, and have seen some incredible places, but this definitely takes the cake. We will be back :-) Hopefully, over Labor Day Weekend!!

Nice little cottage. Landed at KCDK and it was an easy walk to the house. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it was clean, well kept, and is located on a beautiful waterfront lot. No complaints at all. Will stay with you again on my next trip to Cedar Key.

What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy God's gift to us.
Please let me know what you think about the cottage. What would you like to see different? Any "green" ideas? Hope you stay and hope you enjoy.
